UK Delivery
Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days — £3.99 (free on orders over £25)
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.
We currently ship within the UK only.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Use it to follow your parcel every step of the way.
Returns
30-Day Free Returns
Not happy? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item in its original packaging for a full refund — completely free of charge.
How to Return
- Email us at comfortpackuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a free returns label and instructions within 24 hours.
- Post the item back to us using the label provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange — we'll send the new size as soon as we receive the original item back.
Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us immediately with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
