By using the ComfortPack website (comfortpack.co.uk) and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Prices at the time of your order are the prices you pay.

Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance — we may cancel an order if the item is out of stock or if there's a pricing error. In such cases, you'll be refunded in full.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods available through Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of order.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control. See our Shipping & Returns page for full delivery information.

Returns & Refunds

Our 30-day returns policy is detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
