Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
UK standard delivery is 3–5 working days. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day; orders placed Saturday or Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! UK orders over £25 qualify for free standard delivery.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

What materials do you use?
Most of our products are made from soft polycotton blends with a touch of elastane for stretch. Check each product page for specific fabric details.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page has a size chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend going up for a more relaxed fit.

Are the colours exactly as shown?
We do our best to show accurate colours, but they can vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items in original packaging for a free, full refund. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Can I exchange for a different size?
